What to Expect from a Global Lehrhaus Seminar
Each session follows a simple two-part format designed to combine serious learning with open conversation.
Introduction and Presentation
Sessions begin with context for the theme, readings, and central questions, followed by a conversation among two to four featured scholars, writers, or guest speakers.
Reflection and Discussion
The second half opens into guided discussion, giving participants space to ask questions, reflect together, and consider the ideas’ relevance today.
Make the most of it
Reading
Each session, the presenter will recommend a short reading selection. To make the most of the seminar, we highly recommend taking the time to read. We will begin posting readings soon.
